IMPORTANT
To connect, use the username and password provided below. Save the RTLS and Vision installers on your hard disk and follow the instructions below to install the software.

INSTALLATION
First launch the Ekahau RTLS installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the selected Ekahau RTLS software components. After installing Ekahau RTLS, launch the Ekahau Vision installer. Ekahau recommends installing Ekahau Vision on the same server with Ekahau Positioning Engine.
The installer includes:
Server Installation
Ekahau RTLS-Setup.exe
- Ekahau Positioning Engine
- Location tracking and remote location tag management
- Ekahau Client Connector
- Tool for locating laptops and PDAs running Ekahau Client
EkahauVision-Setup.exe
- Ekahau Vision
- End user location tracking application
SERVER INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Launch the Installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the selected Ekahau RTLS software components.
Laptop Installation
- Ekahau Site Survey
- Tool for creating positioning models and accuracy analysis
- Ekahau Activator T301
- Activation tool for configuring new T301 tags
- Ekahau Activator T201
- Activation tool for configuring new T201 tags
LAPTOP INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
NOTE: When running this version of Ekahau Site Survey for the first time, you will need a connection to the Internet.
- Ensure your wireless network adapter is connected and enabled
- Click on the downloaded Ekahau RTLS installer file to start the installation
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When starting ESS, you will be asked for the license key.
Type the above license key when prompted.
You will also need to enter your information, and choose a networkadapter you wish to be tied with your license key. ESS will not run thereafter without the selected network adapter.

RUNNING OTHER EKAHAU PRODUCTS ON THE SAME COMPUTER
IMPORTANT!
Ekahau Client should not be started when Ekahau Site Survey is running.
Ekahau Site Survey 2.2 or 2.1 can reside on the same computer, but should not be run at the same time.
